We asked local Finns from every corner of the country to identify the dishes and flavours that best define Finland and its unique regions. Then we enlisted the help of some of our most talented chefs to craft them into Finland’s Official Tasting Menus. Each Menu will be served to eight (8) lucky participants at an intimate, authentic and truly unforgettable dinner event: Finland’s Official Tasting.

Applications are now open to two of Finland’s Official Tastings: one amidst the exquisite Coast and Archipelago and another within the great wilderness of Lapland.

At Finland’s Official Tastings, you’ll experience the flavours, traditions, sights and sounds of the surrounding region. You’ll travel. You’ll eat. You’ll connect. And you might even find your inner Finn.

Want to experience it for yourself? Each tasting experience is a one-of-a-kind culinary journey through the chosen region, with its own authentic personality and unique characteristics. Choose the one that best whets your appetite and apply to be selected for a dinner at the edge of the world.

Selected participants receive an all expenses paid, 4-day trip to the region of Finland they have applied to. The trip includes a full itinerary of activities and dining throughout the stay – and culminates in the official, experiential, once-in-a-lifetime tasting dinner.

Eight participants will be selected for each of the Official Tastings.
